Click the Quick Analysis tool that appears at the lower-right corner of the current cell selection. Here are some points to keep in mind about Quick Analysis: When you select a range of cells, a small icon appears in the lower right corner of the selected area. When you need to do a speedy analysis of your data in Excel 2016, consider using the Quick Analysis feature. Click the Charts tab at the top of the Quick Analysis options palette.
Doing this opens the palette of Quick Analysis options with the initial Formatting tab selected and its various conditional formatting options displayed. Click the Quick Analysis tool that appears right below the lower-right corner of the current cell selection.
